Initial contact with shortlisted candidates to validate the adjustment to service.
Initial interview
Review in greater depth the capabilities, level of experience, expectations, and knowledge of the candidate.
Verification of requirements
Review of studies, certifications, salary adjustment, availability, internet connection, etc.
Review of resumes with client
Share selected resumes with the client for review and feedback.
Interview with the client
The approved candidate is evaluated by the client to verify that he/she meets the requirements needed for the service.
Final Interview
StaffingAbroad interviews the candidate in detail, focusing the interview on personality, soft skills and
expectations.
Offer extension
The offer is presented to the candidate, together with the specifications and service requirements, the work model, the duties, and the contractual issues are explained.

Final documentation request
All the necessary information for hiring is received from the candidate. Plus a detailed background check for every candidate.
Contract signing
The contract between the employee and StaffingAbroad S.A.S. is sent and signed.
Enrollment
Enrollment of the employee in the entire social security system and relevant benefits.

Presentation and welcoming of the employee to the company
Unification
The employee meets with the client to begin the service that has been contracted.
